Meet Our Team

Kayela has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from SVU in 2011 and is a graduate of UVU Hygiene Program in 2014. She has 3 kids of her own and loves seeing her children. She understands dental anxiety and strives to create an environment of comfort and support. She has over a decade of dental experience and has gratitude and confidence to drive her. Her favorite things to do is play tennis, camp with her family, listen to crime podcasts, and walk her beagle.

Caylee has 5 years of experience as a dental hygienist. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University and graduated in 2019. She loves helping people be happy and confident in their smiles, along with the love of educating her patients. What drive her are happiness, compassion, humor, optimism, and hard work.

Caylee’s hobbies are going outdoors, including camping, hiking, and kayaking. She also loves reading and listening to crime podcasts. Caylee has also been married to her beloved husband since 2021.

Baylee has earned her dental experience with one year of on-the-job training. Hearing her patient’s appreciation helps her feel more valuable as a dental assistant, along with authenticity, responsibility, loyalty, and truthfulness.

Baylee’s hobbies are listening to country music, wake surfing, snowboarding, going to the gym, being active, and hanging out with her friends and family. She attends dental hygiene school and is the youngest of two older brothers.

Melissa graduated from Dental Careers Institute in 1987. She was an office manager for 2 years right after graduation and has been a dental assistant for over 15 years with VIP Smiles. She loves how high-tech the office is and the responses her patients have.

Melissa’s hobbies are the love of cooking and baking, she would love to write her own cookbook one day. She loves murder/mystery podcasts, exercising with weight lifts, watching the NFL (Go Packers Go), and she loves to go camping and fishing. She is a mom of 4 amazing kids, in-laws’ kids, and her pets Trixie (Maltese) and Clyde (Bengal). She is also a grandmother to four three beautiful little boys and one girl. She loves traveling and works with her awesome patients and staff at VIP Smiles.

Laura has 28 years of dental assisting experience with Dr. Ingram, Dr. Shad, and Dr. Rick. She loves gaining the trust of her patients and helping them with their fear of the dentist. She is often requested by name to assist the dentists. She has a great deal of patience and compassion and a firm knowledge of Dentistry. The values that drive her are hard work, being an example, being honest, and having responsibility.

Laura’s hobbies are camping, traveling, rain and lightning, and working on crafts. She has eight children and 13 grandchildren, and her family is her number one priority.

Felesha graduated from high school and has 2 years of experience in the field. She loves saving teeth and helping people get their confidence back. She values happiness and honesty. Outside of work, she loves reading, volleyball, baseball, watching movies, reading romcoms, and James Arthur.

Spencer graduated with his high school diploma and started dental assisting. He is passionate about teeth, helping others be able able to eat and smile happily. He is driven by helping others. He loves soccer, Star Wars, and videogames. He is happily married.

Kami attended Weber State University and has worked in the dental field her entire adult life. She has a total of 20 years experience and has worked in specialty and general dentistry as well as clinical and administrative experience.

What makes her feel value at VIP is she makes even the most timid patients feel comfortable. “VIP has a variety of financing options to make all treatment manageable.”

Kami values honesty, responsibility and hard work ethic. She loves the outdoors and being with her family.

Carrie attended Weber State University and has worked in the dental field for over a decade. Carrie is responsible for patient treatment coordination, treatment planning, and insurance.

Carrie is an integral part of the VIP Smiles Dental team. She loves helping our patients smile, and she makes sure they are cared for and their needs are met.
